Landeta Consultants was founded in the Middle East (Kuwait, 2013) with a clear focus on Organizational Diagnosis, Growth, and Structure.


We support organizations that are scaling, transforming, or operating in complexity; and need clarity, alignment, and execution power.

I am a Mexican–Dutch executive and founder of Landeta Consultants, with over 20 years of international experience leading organizational growth, Compliance-driven transformation, and high-impact advisory projects across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and North America.

Over the past two decades, I have lived and worked in 13 multicultural countries. This has shaped my ability to quickly read organizations, understand perspective, and diagnose structural, cultural, and strategic misalignment; often in complex or high-pressure environments.

PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS

ā— In the summer 2023, Ana was selected winner (amongst 11,000 applicants worldwide) to attend in London the Santander-LSE Scholarship | Women W50 Leadership Programme 2023. The programme is an intensive, leadership development scholarship hosted by The London School of Economics and Political Science in London.This is a unique scholarship opportunity for 50 women leaders worldwide.

 

ā— In the summer of 2023, Ana was invited to lead the growth strategy as the CGO for DBišŸŒ (Doing Business International) in The Netherlands.

 

ā— After launching Landeta Consultants in the Middle East, expanded with projects throughout Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Oman, reaching The Netherlands, Mexico and Spain. (2013-present)

 

ā— While living in Kuwait, was the only woman invited to be part of the Dutch Business Association by HE Nicolaas Beets, The Netherlands Ambassador. (Kuwait Nederlandse Zakenkring). (2013-2016)

 

ā— Managed agreements and conducted interviews with more than 500 State Chiefs, Top CEO's and Ministries within four continents worldwide; amongst them: South Africa (Nelson Mandela), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (HRH Prince Sultan Bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud) México (Multi-Entrepreneur Carlos Slim, Claudio X González, Undersecretary Miguel Marón Manzur), The Netherlands (Minister Henk Kamp), Kuwait (Minister of Foreign Affairs - HRH Sheikh Ahmed Nasser Mohammed Al Sabah, HRH Sheikh Mohammed Sabah Al Sabah), Spain (President of Galicia Alberto Núñez Feijoo), USA (Mr. Verne Harnish), Mozambique (Presidents Armando Guebuza, Joaquim Alberto Chissano), Philippines (Madam President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo), to name a few.

 

ā— Got promoted to International Country Director for making the most profitable project in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Oxford Business Group. Delivering outstanding Client Relationship and the establishment of a long-term partnership with the Jeddah Chamber of commerce, (still to this date!) Selling over 1.5 million GBP per project (2011-2013)

ā— Concept creation, coordination and development of different Simposiums and Global Conferences during her career like: Traspacio, Design & Communication, etc with the attendance of more than 400 people with International Key Note speakers and Local celebrities.

 

ā— Was selected and hired by The Walt Disney Company, at the age of 18 to work in EPCOT - Orlando FL, USA. While working there I achieved the employment of women for the Food & Beverage Division in specific positions that never existed before and were only granted to men, this made a positive impact in all aspects of the Disney Guest experience and our key value chain. (1998-1999)
